Quick Tomato Sauce

Start with crushed tomatoes, add a touch of tomato paste , chopped fresh onion and kosher salt , tellicherry cracked pepper, red pepper, oregano, basil , fresh Garlic minced, flat Italian parsley and a touch of baking soda,  add cup of water and simmer. Reduce to a thick Sauce .
