Leftover rice pilaf and fresh salad Bowl

The pilaf is brown Texmati rice with onions ,chickpeas , carrots, raisins, garlic and seasoning , cumin seed, cumin, salt pepper, and onion powder . For the salad I chopped Dino Kale, arugula, purple cabbage , fresh dill, mini sweet peppers and fresh salad dressing consisting of maple syrup, Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar . ( some themes I squeeze orange or lemon/lime in it).
