Ever see that really big avocado in the store and wonder why is it realitivly so cheap? Well I bought one and when I opened it and tasted it I found out why. It’s different. It tastes sweet and is more fruit-like. And yes avocado is a fruit. So I mashed it added a Haas avocado fresh garlic salt pepper green onion fresh Italian flat parsley. 1.5 lemons. One diced tomato and wow . It tasted fresh and light. Really helps extend the volume of you dish. So give it a try! Ohh and those are Mary’s Crackers.
