Simple fast and Sooo tasty. Took a zucchini and used the smallest blade in my spiralizer . They cost Max $30 and work flawlessly . Simmer sauce with the angel hair like zucchini . Garnish  sliced green onions and dill. It feels like eating pasta but oh so fresh . Doesn’t weigh you down and perfect for those who are Gluten Free. Also pictured below butternut squash in pant with homemade tomato sauce.
