15 oz can black beans drained well
2tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard ( I used spicy brown)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cut instant oats , ( I used steel cut and pulsed them in Vitamix)
Added cracked tellicherry peppers, Kosher salt and Cumin
Added fresh Garlic that I minced .
400 degrees with 10 min on each side in my oven ( cook till brown)
Mash black beans with fork till few broken beans left add all ingredients and fold them in thoroughly . Then add oats and mix in well . Form patties . I made them bigger and got 3 out of this recipie .
I ate it as a lettuce and purple cabbage wrap . It was crusty on outside and moist on the inside.
