Homemade Pizza Dough

This is straight out of the book Plant Strong  with 150 new recipes by Rip Esselstyn page 161

3 cup whole wheat flour plus one cup for coating the work area.

1 packet active dry yeast .

1/4 teaspoon salt ( optional).

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce .

1 1/2 cup warm water.

Prep time 5 min

Rising time 20minutes 

Cook time  5-15 minutes depending on dough thickness. Serves 4 to 6.

Put your favorite toppings , I made a thick go made marinara , with mushroom peppers and onions and fresh garlic, topped with Roma tomatoes and nutritional yeast. And cilantro .
