Start with onions and garlic , add large can of crushed tomatoes and 3 oz of tomato paste . Simmer for 5 minutes then add other ingredients and reserve all of the cilantro till last 10 minutes . This dish took 30 – 40 minutes.
The organic whole grain rice with lentil and Couscous was cooked as directed.
