You can see a trend here. No oil, fresh ingredients , seasoned well. Use a lot of cilantro ( 2 bundles chopped) diced onion and diced mushroom . I used the cumin seed again, salt pepper and onion powder. But play with this recipe. It’s better sauté the mushrooms in vegetable stock,and season first. Do the same to the onions separately . Didn’t do it here, have since then and it’s much better.
