This is an antique commercial Resturant plate from a Steakhouse. I never used it this way before. Looks pretty good filled from end to end.
Organic brown rice with lentils and onions. Seasoned with salt pepper fresh garlic, and cumin. Salad has avocado and lemon tamed kale with baby bib lettuce, parsley, baby yellow bell peppers, and tomatoes . Sprinkled with a touch of kosher salt.
