Pico de Gallo Fresh Salsa

  • 12 Roma tomatoes
  • 1heads of cilantro
  • 2 large sweet onions
  • One jar of jalapeños in vinegar
  • 1 head flat Italian parsley
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 limes

 

Dice everything and remove the white centers of the tomatoes . Juice the lemons and limes. Add the liquid of the jalapeños. I like the jalapeños slices , you may dice them as well and add them to your taste.

Combine all vegetables and let them marry for few hours.
