So easy and so good.
- 2-cans chickpeas ( small ones ) rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves of garlic
- juice of one lemon
- 2 teaspoon ground Cumin
- 2teaspoons Bragg Liquid Amino’s,
- 1/4 cup of water or vegetable broth
blend all ingredient in a high speed blender into a thick paste. I highly recommend a Vitamix..
Just add sun dried tomatoes, green onion and chives for a great new taste.
